AI product strategy
We help you decide what to build, what to skip, and where AI actually saves time — before a single line of code.
NEW YORK · EST. 2024
We build
what’s next.
Fable Work is a technology studio creating AI-powered products that simplify work, spark creativity, and improve everyday life.
WHAT WE BUILD
Intelligence, made useful.
Practical services for teams that want AI in the work, not in a slide deck.
Custom AI tools
Internal copilots, research assistants, and drafting systems trained on your process — not a generic chatbot bolted on.
Workflow automation
We connect the tools you already use so handoffs, reporting, and follow-ups stop living in someone’s inbox.
OUR STORY
Built around people.
Powered by possibility.
Justin Tinker, Founder · Est. 2024
Justin spent years watching smart teams drown in software that promised “intelligence” and delivered more tabs. In 2024 he started Fable Work in New York with a simpler bet: if a product does not make Monday morning easier, it does not ship.
The studio sits in Midtown Manhattan, close to the companies we work with. We keep the team small on purpose — design, engineering, and AI in the same room — so the work stays human, honest, and useful.
GROW WITH US
Curious minds.
Meaningful work.
If you care about craft, clarity, and shipping things people keep using, write to Justin. We hire slowly and mean it.
